Some good People may say that this is nomal thing and has happened mostly due to Rain apart from other other factors also.

Shekhar bab also show unused vehicles which are dumped at the side of the road just there only which are causing nuisance for traffice to run smoothly. Is Mapusa traffic cell sleeping ?? Infact many times they wait there specially to challan 2 -wheelee riders but they cannot see these vehicles i suppose !!
